Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the image of destinations, services and tourist facilities on the loyalty of visitors to the Jurug Surakarta Zoo. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach, in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were taken randomly to visitors to the Jurug Surakarta zoo. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1) the destination image variable has a t count greater than t table proving that the destination image affects the loyalty of visitors to the Jurug Surakarta zoo. 2) the service variable has a t count greater than t table proving that service has an effect on the loyalty of visitors to the Jurug Surakarta zoo. 3) tourism facilities have a t count greater than t table proving that tourist facilities affect the loyalty of visitors to the Jurug Surakarta zoo. 4) Based on the t-count value of the variable X3 (tourism facilities) is greater than the variable X1 (Destination Image) and the variable X2 (Services) so that it proves that the tourist facilities variable has a major influence or impact on the loyalty of visitors to the Jurug Surakarta Zoo.
