Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant effect of work ethic, work discipline and work Motivation on the work productivity of PT Ambassador Garmindo Unit 2 employees. This type research is descriptive quantitative. The population is employee of PT Ambassador Garmindo Unit 2 with a total of 300 employees. The sample is 171 employees in the production division of PT Ambassador Garmindo Unit 2. The data is obtained from a questionnaire with a sampling technique using the opinion of Slovin (2010:112). The data analysis technique used is multiple liniar regression analysis. The results of the F test show that work ethic, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the work productivity of PT Ambassador Garmindo Unit 2 employees. Work discipline only has a positive and insignificant effect on the work productivity of PT Ambassador Garmindo Unit 2
