Abstract
Global warming can result in very extreme weather and make viruses and bacteria stronger and multiply faster and result in the emergence of various diseases, of course what happened during the Covid-19 pandemic which was then overcome by giving vaccinations. Provision of vaccination also of course creates waste from vaccination, and it is undeniable that it will affect global environmental problems. This writing aims to be able to provide scientific solutions to how the effect of vaccination is a form of policy issued by the government in accordance with laws and regulations which are then able to provide the right solution when giving vaccinations has an impact on the environment. This research was carried out normatively, namely examining related laws and regulations which mutually provide correlation, namely with regulations con�cerning health, regarding force majeure conditions and also regarding environmental law, which then breaks down the rules related to it which are analyzed according to the problems that arise in the research. this. Climate change does not directly cause conflict, but has the potential to cause global instability. global warming must have efforts and solutions by changing people's lifestyles and behavior in everyday life, be�cause climate change will only be able to trigger a more significant impact on human life on earth in the long term.
