Abstract
This study was done to assess the performance of tax employees with respect to Information Technology, Organizational Culture, Job Training, and Compensation. This research will be conducted at the DGT Regional Office for Central Java II. The anticipated study duration is September 2022 to January 2023. 125 employees of the Regional Office of DGT Central Java II with the status of non-echelon officials (not structural officials) comprised the population of this study. The research sample consisted of 125 individuals, or all non-echelon tax employees from the Regional Office of DGT Central Java II. Before usage in the study, the instrument will be evaluated on DGT Central Java II Regional Office personnel. There will be done tests that include a validity test and a reliability test. Multiple linear analysis is utilized as the method of data analysis. The study found that information technology, organizational culture, and job training all have a favorable and significant impact on employee performance at the DGT Central Java II Regional Office. Meanwhile, at the DGT Central Java II Regional Office, compensation has no effect on worker performance.
