Abstract
This study aims to prove and determine the effect of product inovation, customer experience, and lifestyle simultaneously or partially on customer loyalty at Innova Skincare Surakarta. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are all consumers of Innova Skincare Surakarta which are unlimited. The number of samples used is 100 Innova Skincare Surakarta respondents. Sampling method using simple random sampling that is random. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The technique for information assortment is by appropriating polls or surveys. The results of the study stated that the F test with product inovation, customer experience, and lifestyle variables had a simultaneous and significant effect on customer loyalty at Innova Skincare Surakarta. This is confirmed by the results of the F test, namely ifcount 58.064>ftable 2.70 with a significant value of 0.007 <0.05. The results of the t-test showed that product inovation 0.000 <0.05 customer experience 0.000 <0.05 and lifestyle 0.000 <0.05 had a positive and significant effect on Innova Skincare Surakarta
