Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the factors that influence employee performance at the Raden Mas Said State Islamic University Surakarta. These factors include competence, training, remuneration, psychological rewards and job rotation. This study is intended to test the hypothesis proposed in the study about the effect of each variable competence, training, remuneration, psychological rewards and job rotation on employee performance. The population in this study were employees who served as educational staff at the Raden Mas Said State Islamic University, Surakarta. The study used a sample of 60 employees who were taken based on a purposive sampling technique or samples selected based on criteria, namely the employees who became respondents were educational staff with the status of state civil servants (ASN). Research data collection using questionnaires filled out by respondents. The technique of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study based on hypothesis testing with the t test showed that the variables of competence, training, and remuneration had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the psychological rewards and job rotation variables do not affect employee performance. These findings indicate that H1, H2, and H3 are accepted. However, H4 and H5 were rejected
