Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of professionalism, work motivation and organizational climate influence on the teacher performance at the SMP Islam Diponegoro Surakarta. This research is based on quantitative methods. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP Islam Diponegoro Surakarta. This study using saturate do sampling (census method), the entire population was sampled, with a total of 56 teachers. The data collectiong technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was in the form of multiple linear0 regression analysis with the SPSS program version 25. The results in this study indicate that professionalism, work motivation and organizational climate simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the teacher performance at the SMP Islam Diponegoro Surakarta with the results of testing the F count more than greater than F table (18,892 > 2,783) and obtained a significance value (0.000 <10.05). Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.722 or 72.2% that teacher performance can be explained by professionalism, work motivation and organizational climate for the remaining 27.8% explained by other variables not in this study.
