Abstract

This study aims to examine the interaction and independent effects of various types of manure and bamboo root PGPR concentrations on the growth and yield of the Tajuk shallot variety. The research was conducted in Krajan Village, Klaten, from August to September 2025 using a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor was the type of planting media (chicken, goat, and cow manure), and the seconds factor was PGPR concentration (10ml/L, 20ml/L, and 30ml/L). The results showed a highly significant interaction between planting media and PGPR on plant height at 28 and 35 DAP (Days After Planting), with the best combination found in cow manure and 20 ml/L PGPR (38.33 cm).
