Abstract

The goal of this study was to determine how the productivity of KPP Pratama Karanganyar employees was impacted by workload, work-family conflict, work-life balance, and self�efficacy. In this work, survey research is combined with quantitative approaches. All 122 participants in this study were KPP Pratama Karanganyar employees. The complete 122-person population, or all KPP Pratama Karanganyar personnel, comprised the research sample. Multiple linear regression has been employed as the data analysis technique. The F test shows that employee performance at KPP Pratama Karanganyar is influenced by a number of factors, including workload, work-family conflict, self-efficacy, and work-life balance. 56.4%, or 0.564, is the adjusted R Square (R2) value. 56.4% of the diversity in employee performance may be accounted for by self-efficacy, work-family conflict, workload, and work-life balance, while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors such work culture, work discipline, compensation, and leadership style. In other words, 56.4% of the variables selected or input into the model are accurate.
