Abstract

This study aims to determine the regulation of the crime of circulation of counterfeit herbal medicine in Sukoharjo in terms of Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning Health and knowing law enforcement against the circulation of counterfeit herbal medicine in Sukoharjo. The research method used is empirical juridical legal research, with primary data as the main data source. The results of the research and discussion show that the regulation of the criminal act of circulating counterfeit herbal medicine in Sukoharjo in the case of counterfeiting herbal medicine to facilitate menstruation leans towards Article 196 and Article 197 of Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health and the existence of law enforcement against the circulation of counterfeit herbal medicine in Sukoharjo which was carried out by the Sukoharjo Police which is a law enforcement agency using repressive measures carried out by taking action against criminals, namely by carrying out investigative and investigative actions.
