Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, rewards, and job satisfaction either jointly or partially to the productivity of employees at PT Kusumahadi Santosa Karanganyar. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in the study were all employees of PT Kusumahadi Santosa which amounted to 700 people and the sample used amounted to 100 respondents. Data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The result of data analysis which have been done by using program of SPSS 23 for windows, it is known that Fhitung equal to 18,786 together there is positive and significant influence between training, reward, and job satisfaction to work productivity of employee. While the result of training variable count 4,592 have positive and significant influence to employee work productivity, reward variable equal to 1,074 have no positive and significant influence to employee work productivity, and job satisfaction variable 2,057 have positive and significant influence to work productivity of employee.
