Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of Account Representatives at KPP Pratama Temanggung; (2) analyze the influence of competence on the performance of Account Representatives at KPP Pratama Temanggung; (3) analyze the influence of workload on the performance of Account Representatives at KPP Pratama Temanggung; and (4) analyze the influence of incentive on the performance of Account Representatives at KPP Pratama Temanggung. Methods of descriptive and quantitative research are used in this study. The Temanggung Primary Tax Service Office was the location where this research was carried out. The participants in this research were all Account Representatives working at the Temanggung Primary Tax Service Office, and there were a total of 36 of them. This research utilized a census sampling method, also known as a saturated sample, which consisted of a total of 36 participants. Multiple Linear Regression is used as the method for analyzing the data in this study. The analysis is carried out with SPSS software version 25. According to the findings, (1) workload has a positive and significant influence on Account Representative performance, (2) competence has a positive and significant influence on Account Representative performance, (3) motivation has no influence on Account Representative performance, and (4) incentive has no influence on Account Representative performance.
