Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the factors that influence the level of job satisfaction experienced by employees working at the Pratama Tax Office (KPP) in Solo Raya, including skill variation, task identity, task importance, autonomy, and job feedback, both simultaneously and in part. The methodology for this study is based on a quantitative research design. The total number of people who were included in this study's population was 516, and all of them were employees at KPP Pratama in Solo Raya. The method of sampling that was utilized in this research was a random sampling method, and there was a total of 103 respondents to the questionnaire. Data collection using online questionnaires. Statistical analysis was the method used to analyze the data. Specific tests were performed, including the multiple linear regression test, the F test, the t test, and the coefficient of determination. According to the findings, task identity, task importance, and job feedback all had a positive and significant effect on the degree to which KPP Pratama employees in Solo Raya were satisfied with their jobs.. Suggestions from this study, it is hoped that KPP Pratama in Solo Raya will maintain and improve the quality of existing job characteristics and improve the characteristics of employee jobs that have the potential to motivate work and increase achievement so that employee job satisfaction can be achieved.
