Abstract

This study is quantitative. This research was conducted at Dkpp Klaten regency and carried out for 3 months, from August 2022 to October 2022. The population in this study was civil servants field Agricultural Extension workers in the Department of Food Security and Agriculture of Klaten regency, a total of 88 extension workers, with a total of 88 samples taken. Multiple linear regression analysis models were used in this study's data analysis. To process research data on work effectiveness regarding organizational culture, competence, work ethic, and training of Agricultural Extension workers at the Food and Agriculture Security Office of Klaten regency. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and discussion that has been done, organizational culture, competence, work ethic, and training have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of Agricultural Extension work at the Klaten regency food and Agriculture Security Office. The result of the Adjusted R Square (R2) value of 0.503 or 50.3%. Determination of the contribution of organizational culture variables, competence, work ethic, and training to the effectiveness of work in Dkpp Klaten amounted to 50.3%. The remaining contribution of other variables amounted to 49.7%, such as work environment, discipline, education, and others
