Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of tax consultation, e-filing, service quality, and tax socialization on taxpayer compliance at the Mojokerto Primary Tax Service Office. This study is classified as quantitative descriptive research with a strategy, Individual and corporate taxpayers at the Mojokerto Primary Tax Service Office, which is supported by researchers, make up the population in this study, which could number in the thousands. The study sampled 10% of the population, or up to 100 individual and corporate taxpayers. In this investigation, random sampling was utilized as a sample technique. In this study, the data is in the form of primary dataThe information used to test hypotheses is known as primary data. Primary data is information used to test hypotheses. Primary data are findings of direct observations of taxpayers at KPP Pratama Mojokerto via questionnaires. The primary data source for this study is a questionnaire distributed to taxpayers at KPP Pratama Mojokerto. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the impact of tax counseling, e-filing, quality of service, and tax socialization on taxpayer compliance is investigated. In general, the study's findings show that consultation, e-filing, service quality, and socialization all have an impact on taxpayer compliance.
