Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine whether or whether the factors of competency, incentive, workload, and technology use have an impact on the performance of the Department of Food Security and Agriculture in Klaten Regency simultaneously (simultaneously) or in part. . A quantitative research design is used in this research methodology. There are 212 people employed by the Department of Food Security and Agriculture at the Klaten Regency.
