Abstract
This study was done to: (1) test and analyze the relationship between account representative professionalism and employee performance at the Sukoharjo Primary Tax Service Office; (2) test and analyze the relationship between employee performance and job satisfaction at the Sukoharjo Primary Tax Service Office; (3) test and analyze the relationship between employee performance and organizational commitment at the Sukoharjo Primary Tax Service Office; and (4) test and analyze the relationship between employee performance and work productivity. This study uses numbers to describe things. The Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office has 115 total staff. In this investigation, sampling was done using saturation approaches. employing multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis method. The findings of the study indicate that (1) AR professionalism has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Sukoharjo Primary Tax Service Office, (2) employee satisfaction has a positive and significant impact there, (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact there, and (4) work placement has a positive and significant impact there.
