Abstract
The goal of the study was to ascertain how employee performance is impacted by disciplinary motive, workload, and competence. 43 respondents were selected as a sample using the census approach. The data analysis used the established assumption test, multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test. The research variables include independent variables like motivation, discipline, workload, and competence, as well as dependent variables like employee performance. 43 respondents made up the study's population. Based on the research and discussion done, an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.742 or 74.2% was discovered. In Ngawen District, Klaten Regency, this translates to a 74.2% determination or contribution of leadership variables, motivation, competence, and communication to employee performance. Only 25.8% of the remaining variance came from other factors, including workability, communication, education, and others.
