Abstract
The purpose of this study is to ascertain how independent variables (reward, punishment, organizational culture, and training) affect dependent variables (employee performance). Quantitative research using a descriptive methodology was used in this study. The Tirta Makmur Drinking Water Perumda, Sukoharjo Regency, conducted this study because the company mandates incentives and penalties, organizational culture, and training pertaining to employee performance. choosing study locations after carefully observing them to learn about the agency in general Between January 2022 and April 2022, a total of 4 (four) months were devoted to the research. The population in this study was employees of the Tirta Makmur Drinking Water Perumda, Sukoharjo Regency, which amounted to 118 employees, all of whom were used as research samples with techniques, censuses. A total of 90 employees were sampled for the study. The methods used to collect data in this study were questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis method using econometrics with multiple linear regression analysis models. There is a positive and significant influence of rewards, punishment, organizational culture, training on the performance of employees of the Tirta Makmur Drinking Water Perumda of Sukoharjo Regency, the higher the level of training, the higher the performance of employees of the Tirta Makmur Drinking Water Perumda of Sukoharjo Regency.
