Abstract

The goals of this study are to (1) understand and analyze how rotation affects employee performance at KPP Pratama Kudus, (2) understand and analyze how organizational culture affects employee performance at KPP Pratama Kudus, (3) understand and analyze how competence affects employee performance at KPP Pratama Kudus, and (4) understand and analyze how compensation affects employee performance at KPP Pratama Kudus. quantitative descriptive research categories. 85 personnel from the Kudus Primary Service Office made up the study sample. Saturated sampling is the method used in this investigation. Multiple linear regression analysis is a tool used in data analysis. The results showed that (1) Rotation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Kudus Primary Tax Service Office, (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kudus Primary Tax Service Office, (3) Competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Kudus Primary Tax Service Office, and (4) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Primary Tax Service Office Kudus.
