Abstract
In order to ascertain the impact of employee placement, career development, incentives, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes of Central Java II conducted in September 2022 to February 2023, the study is quantitative descriptive research using explanatory research type. The 152 employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes of Central Java II make up the population of this study. Purposive sampling, or sampling methods with particular concerns, was used in this study's sampling approaches, which included 116 workers. Multiple linear regression has been employed as the data analysis method in this investigation. Utilizing this method, it is possible to ascertain how employee placement, career advancement, rewards, and job satisfaction affect employees' performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes of Central Java II. Based on the findings of the research, it can be said that employee placement, career development, incentives, and happiness all have a substantial impact on how well employees perform
