Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of competence on employee performance CV. Jasmine Celluler, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance CV. Jasmine Celluler, (3) the influence of leadership on employee performance CV. Jasmine Cellular. The method used in this research is associative research method that connect two or more variables. The population in this study were all employees in CV. Jasmine Cellular, totaling 39 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out using a question aire technique. The data analysis technique used is Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that competence, motivation and leadership together have an effect on employee performance. Other results show that partially leadership and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, competence partially has no effect on employee performance.
