Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of Hotel employees Sahid Jaya Solo. This type of research is quantitative researchy. The population in this study includes all employees of the Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel, totaling 88 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique, so the number of samples in this study amounted to 50 people . The model used is Multiple Lineare Regression .Based on the F test, the value of Fcount> Ftable means that compensation, work discipline and work environment ono the performance of Hotel employee Sahid Jaya Solo. Based on the result of the test concluded that compensation haspa positive and significan tp effect on the performance of hotel employees Sahid Jaya Solo, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performa cee of hotel employees Sahid Jaya Solo and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of hotel employees Sahid Jaya Solo. Based on the co efficient of determination, the value of Adjusted R square is 0,791 or79,1%., which means that compensation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of Hotel employees Sahid Jaya Solo.
