Abstract

The objective of this observation was to determine the response of curly red pepper (Capsicum annum L.) types to application of liquid organic fertilizers. The study was conducted from July 2021 to October 2021 at the Practical Garden of Madania Islamic Boarding School Jl. Padukuhan, Kenyan, Pucanganom, Ngemplak, Sleman Yogyakarta, ±499 meters above sea level. The study was carried out in a factorial manner using a completely randomized block design (RAKL) method with 9 combinations having 3 blocks as sub-tests. There are 2 kinds off treatment factors. The first factor is the variety of factor: Jenio (V1), Tm Thunder 99 (V2), MB-333 F1(V3). The second factor was giving various kinds of POC: rabbit urine12 ml/l (D1), Moringa leaf extract 50 ml/l (D2), goat urine 200 ml/l (D3). Observation parameters included plant height, fresh stove weight per plant, fruit weight per plant, number of fruit, fruit length and fruit weight per field. The results showed that in the treatment of varieties (V) it was known that the responses in all observasion variables showed (very significant effect), includes: plant height, fruit length, fruit weight per plant and fruit weight per plot. Furthermore, it shows (significant effect) including: the weight of fresh stove and quantity each fruit. The response to giving POC faktor (D) showed (significant effect) including: number of fruit, fruit weight and fruit weight per plot, but showed not significant including: weight of fresh stove, plant height and fruith length. A combination of liquid organic fertilizers (rabbit urine, moringa leaf extract and goat urine) applied to the curly red pepper cultivar gave the best response in the combined treatment of the fertilized Jenio cultivar and goat urine with the highest defense fruit weight, i.e. 432, 77 g at 200 mL/L
