Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, compensation, organizational commitment on the performance of the Boyolali District Disaster Management Agency employees. This research is included in quantitative8descriptive with a population8of 96 people, all of which were taken as research samples. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1) emotional intelligence variable has a t count greater than t table proving that emotional intelligence has an ef ect on the performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Boyolali Regency. 2) the compensation variabl 8has a t count greater than t table proves that compensation has an ef ect on the performance of the Boyolali Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. 3) organizational commitment has a t count greater than t table proves that emotional intelligence has an ef ect on employee performance Boyolali District Disaster Management Agency. 4) Based on the t- count value of the variable X2 (compensation) is greater than the variable X1 (emotional intelligence) and variable X3 (organizational commitment) thus proving that the compensation variable has a major influence or impact on the performance of the Boyolali Regency Disaster Management Agency employees
