Abstract
This research is used to look at the influence of leadership, motivation, reward, and workload on work disciplines in the Korwil Polanharjo Education Office by collecting data using observation, documentation, interviews, questioner, and literature studies. The analysis technique in this study uses quantitative descriptive, which is data analysis that uses statistics in the form of descriptive and inductive statistics. The population in this study was an employee of korwil polanharjo education office which amounted to 122 employees. Because the population is 122 or more than 100 employees, researchers took a sample of 60% of the population, namely employees of the Korwil Polanharjo Education Office 60/100 x 122 = 73.2 rounded to 73 employees. So, the number of respondents who will be studied as many as 73 employees of the Korwil Polanharjo Education Office. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 24 software. Before analyzing data with multiple linear regressions have been conducted instrument tests and classical assumption tests first that conclude the data in this study is not biased so it is worth the research. Conclusions in this study are leadership, competence, rewards and workload affect employee performance.
