Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how social media, online learning, peers, and motivation affect student learning outcomes at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen. The research method used is causal research with a regression approach, and the research method used is quantitative research with a regression research design. The research population of all 11th grade students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen consisted of 6 groups of 125 students. The research sample was taken as many as 63 students, 50% of the total population, they hope to have better results. Data collection using a questionnaire was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. According to the findings, social media had an impact on learning outcomes, online learning had impact on learning outcomes, peers had no impact on learning outcomes, and motivation had no impact on learning outcomes. Suggestions from this study are students and teachers together to use social media as a fun learning medium, interactive online learning, peers and motivation so that student learning outcomes increase even during the covid-19 pandemic.
