Abstract
HARJANTO, 2020P20037: LEARNING MOTIVATION AS A DOMINANT FACTOR AFFECTING STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT IN SMK NEGERI 1 SRAGEN. Tesis, Surakarta: Management Studies Program (S2/M. Si) Postgraduate Program at the Islamic University of Batik, October 2021. This study aims to analyze the role of the family environment, student independence, student activity and learning motivation on student achievement at SMK NEGERI 1 Sragen. This research is a quantitative research with the data used by the researcher are (1) primary data, (2) secondary data. The population of SMK Negeri 1 Sragen students who are in class XII is 504 students. The sample taken in this study was 20% of the population, namely 504x20% = 100, 8 rounded to 100 respondents with random sampling technique. The analysis technique uses the SPSS program which is used to test the research instrument (test validity and reliability), classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis show that there is a joint positive and significant influence on the family environment, student independence, student activity and learning motivation on student achievement in student achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. There is a positive and significant influence of family environment on student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. There is a positive and significant effect of student independence on student achievement in student achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. There is a positive and significant effect of student activity on student achievement in student achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. There is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on student achievement in student achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. Learning motivation is the most dominant variable in influencing student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. The result of the coefficient of determination shows that student achievement in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen can be explained by factors of the family environment, student independence, student activity and learning motivation of 90%.
