Abstract

DWI YULIANTO, NPM 2020P20034, Teacher Performance and Forming Factors at SMK NEGERI 1 SRAGEN. Postgraduate Masters Program in Management at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta. The aims of this study were to: (1) determine the effect of leadership on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen Regency (2) Determine the effect of interpersonal communication on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen Regency (3) Determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen Regency. (4) Knowing the effect of motivation on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Sragen Regency This regression research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen. The population in this study were 81 teachers, while the sample used was the total population of 81 teachers. In this study, the data used by the researcher are (1) primary data, (2) secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data processing technique was carried out using the SPSS program to test the instrument (validity test and reliability test), linear regression test, classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test), determination test (R2), hypothesis test (F test). and t test). The results of this study were based on (1) the t-test on the leadership variable, the t-count was greater than the table, so the first hypothesis was verified (2) the t-test on the interpersonal communication variable obtained that the t-count was greater than t-table, so the second hypothesis was verified (3 ) t test of job satisfaction variable obtained t count is greater than t table, so the third hypothesis is verified.
