Abstract

Dwi Ismundari, 2020P20017. “Analysis Of The Contribution Of Competence, Workload, Leadership And Work Discipline To The Effectiveness Of Development Activities (Klaten County Government Regional Device Organization Study). Thesis. Saints Postgraduate Program (M.Si). Surakarta Batik Islamic University. 2021. This study aims to examine and analyze the contribution of competence, workload, leadership and work discipline to the effectiveness of development activities in the Klaten Regency Government Regional Apparatus Organization. This study uses a quantitative research design. The population in this study amounted to 59 people consisting of the Inspectorate, Council Secretary, Regional Secretariat with 9 Sections, 22 Agency and Service and 26 Districts where each institution has one person in charge/implementer of reporting. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely the multiple linear regression test which was processed using SPSS software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that competence, workload, leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on the effectiveness of development activities in the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of the Klaten Regency Government.
