Abstract

Budi Prasetyo, 2020P20053. The Effectiveness of Flexibility, Organizational Culture, Competence and Integrity on Improving APIP Performance in Klaten Regency. Thesis. Master of Management Science Postgraduate Program. Surakarta Batik Islamic University. 2022. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the independent variables, namely flexibility, organizational culture, competence and integrity on the dependent variable, namely the performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) of Klaten Regency. The research method uses quantitative methods and data collection uses questionnaires, observations and documentation. The population in this study were all 54 employees of the Klaten Regency Inspectorate. Meanwhile, the research sample was 54 people using the census sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 24. The results showed that partially organizational culture and integrity had a positive and significant effect on the performance of APIP in Klaten Regency, while flexibility and competence partially had no and insignificant effect on the performance of APIP in Klaten Regency. The results of the study also show that flexibility, organizational culture, and integrity simultaneously affect the performance of APIP Klaten Regency. Variables, organizational culture, competence and integrity contributed 64% to the performance of APIP Klaten Regency.
