Abstract
This research includes a type of quantitative descriptive research that is research conducted with calculations using statistical analysis tools. This research is used to look at the influence of integrity, human resource development (HR), utilization of information technology, and professionalism in klaten district secretarial employees with data collection using observation, documentation, interviews, kuisoner, and literature studies. The number of respondents who will be studied as many as 75 ASN Regional Secretary klaten. The questionnaire results were then reviewed using a multiple linear regression analysis tool with SPSS 25 software. It can be concluded that integrity, human resource development (HR), utilization of information technology, and professionalism have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Klaten Regency.
