Abstract

The goal of this study of teacher performance in MTs Negeri 8 Sragen is to investigate and assess the impact of incentives, organizational culture, professional competency, and infrastructure on teacher performance. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive research design. MTs Negeri 8 Sragen, located at Jl. Solo – Purwodadi KM. 13, Siboto Rt 11, Kalimacan, Kalijambe, Sragen, will conduct the study. Of this study, all teachers in MTs Negeri 8 Sragen were employed as a research sample, with a total of 34 teachers comprising 17 civil servant teachers and 17 honorary teachers. Multiple linear regression analysis, which has previously been done instrument tests and classical assumption tests with SPSS 23 software, is the data analysis technique employed in this work. This study found that incentives, organizational culture, and professional competence have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance at MTs Negeri 8 Sragen. 67.1 percent of teacher performance was explained by incentive variables, organizational culture, professional competency, and infrastructure, while the remaining 32.9 percent was explained by variables not offered in the study.
