Abstract

This study to know the effect of career development, work stress, job satisfaction, and burnout on the turnover intention of employees at Indriati Solo Baru Sukoharjo Hospital. This study uses a quantitative research design. The research population consists of 320 medical employees, namely nurses at Indriati Solo Baru Sukoharjo Hospital. The sample consisted of 80 nurses used purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that career development has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Therefore, it is recommended that the hospital management of Indriati Solo Baru Sukoharjo provide promotion opportunities as a form of career development for highperforming employees, gradually increase compensation and incentives for highperforming employees, and provide refreshing activities such as family gatherings to reduce work stress and burnout among employees
