Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Nitrobacter Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) concentration and litter compost compositions on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. The experiments was arranged using a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors, namely the concentration of Nitrobacter POC (10 ml/L,20 ml/L,and 30 ml/L) and litter compost (100 g/polybag, 200 g/polybag, and 300 g/polybag), with three replications to obtain 27 experimental units. The results showed that the concentration of Nitrobacter POC significantly affected only the weight of plant consumption. Litter compost significantly affected plant height, number of leaves, and consumption weight. The interaction between the two factors had no significant effect on all observed parameters. The best growth response and yield were achieved with a combination of 20 ml/L Nitrobacter POC and 300 g of litter compost per polybag. These findings indicate that the use of Nitrobacter POC and litter compost has the potential to increase bok choy productivity in a more environmentally friendly manner.
