Abstract

The study was conducted from September to October 2025 in Susukan Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. A factorial randomized block design (RBD) was used with two factors: type of BCA (V), consisting of Beauveria bassiana (V1) and Trichoderma sp. (V2), and concentration (M), consisting of 0, 3, 5, and 10 mL L⁻¹ (M0, M1, M2, M3), with three replications. Observed variables included plant height, leaf width, root volume, fresh weight, consumable weight, pest attack intensity, and disease incidence. The results showed that the application of Trichoderma sp. at 10 mL L⁻¹ (V2M3) gave the best performance for plant growth and yield, indicated by the highest plant height (40.83 cm), widest leaves (11.45 cm), highest fresh weight (38.49 g), and highest consumable weight (38.25 g). Meanwhile, Beauveria bassiana at 10 mL L⁻¹ (V1M3) was the most effective in suppressing pest attack, with a mean of 7.60%. Disease incidence tended to decrease with increasing BCA concentration, although the response among treatment combinations was not always significantly different. Therefore, the use of BCAs has the potential to improve mustard productivity while supporting a more sustainable cultivation system.
