Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze (1) the effect of work ability on employee performance at the KPP Pratama Boyolali, (2) the effect of welfare benefits on employee performance at the KPP Pratama Boyolali, (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the KPP Pratama Boyolali, (4) the effect of work environment on employee performance at the KPP Pratama Boyolali. This research is categorized as a descriptive quantitative study. The research was conducted at KPP Pratama Boyolali. The reason for selecting this location is because KPP Pratama Boyolali plays an importantkrole in tax revenue collection in Boyolali and its surrounding areas. As one of the main institutions in tax management, the employee performance at KPP Pratama Boyolali directly affects the achievement of national revenue targets. The planned period for the study is from June 2024 to December 2024. The population and sample for this study consist of 79 employees of KPP Pratama Boyolali. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The author concludes that (1) work ability does not have aksignificant effectkon employee performance at KPP Pratama Boyolali, (2) welfare benefits have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KPP Pratama Boyolali, (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KPP Pratama Boyolali, (4) work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance at KPP Pratama Boyolali.
